In case you’re curious, here is a bit more “About Me”

My real estate experience began early – as a child I often followed my father around commercial buildings in Bend’s Shevlin Center and other projects he developed for Brooks Resources. Later I attended many an open house with my mother as she built her own successful career.

I was admittedly apprehensive about becoming a real estate professional, having seen the determination, dedication and (so-much) time required to do the job well. It’s a choice that has paid off. Over the past 20+ years I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing people and many of my clients have become lifelong friends. I’ve made incredible connections and have developed an extensive network of agents and brokers throughout the US and Canada who share my commitment to excellence.

REAL ESTATE MARKETING/SALES

RalstonGroup (Bend, OR)Marketed Oregon’s first Active Adult Resort Retirement Community – The Falls at Eagle Crest (C.Corp) – which was recognized by the National Association of Home Builders.

 

Coldwell Banker/Brooks Resources (Bend, OR) — Represented developers during the sales of  Awbrey Park, North Rim, Copperstone Townhomes at Awbrey Glen, and Deschutes River Ranch (Tumalo). Listing agent/team for home builder Tamarack Homes at RiverRim.

 

Newland Communities (Bend, OR) — Managed marketing and public relations for nation’s largest developer of planned communities, representing RiverRim, with 4 builders and 486 homes. Created dynamic outreach program with neighboring elementary school where kids learned about the home building process and built new benches and picnic tables for their school.

 

Caldera Springs and Sunriver Realty (Sunriver, OR) — Recruited to lead the marketing of Caldera Springs, a golf and destination resort adjacent to Sunriver Resort. Responsible for all marketing efforts including brand development and strategy, website development, direct mail campaigns, print ad campaigns, off-site sales displays, wrapped vans, and sales video, working with multiple outside ad and interactive agencies and marketing consultants.

Role evolved into a full-spectrum leadership position which included coordination with engineers, golf course designer, architects, interior designers, restaurant consultants, and leadership team to devise and amend lodging and amenity package, hire sales team and consultants, and strategize build-out and release phasing. In addition, coordinated development of custom internal CRM; trained resort staff on promoting CS; executed on and off-site events for reservation holders, owners and guests; hosted and toured outside broker community; and responsible for managing resort operations and marketing budgets.

The culmination was two sales events, the first of which was the most successful real estate launch in OR with 201 homesites sold in 2 days ($68m), and the second – 5 months later – which resulted in nearly 75% sell out of the resort in just 2 years.

In addition, served as Marketing Manager for affiliated 50YO boutique realty company, Sunriver Realty, with multiple offices and 68 agents.

 

Benchmark Communities (Bellevue, WA) — Opened five residential communities throughout the Puget Sound for California-based developer/builder, managing site plan development, interior and exterior design selections, model home merchandising, marketing, sales promotion and Grand Opening events, and sales team training. Coordinated directly with development, building, and purchasing teams, and with vendor partners.

 

B2C MARKETING

The Northwest School (Seattle, WA) — Marketing and Communications Manager for a private middle and high school. Rebranded school and aligned all publications and support materials to the school’s core values and improve outreach with alumni and current families.
